NoCo Junior Rowing
NoCo Junior Crew welcomes youth athletes who are ready to experience a full season of competition in the sport of Rowing!
Head Coach, Mark Berkner, has rowed with the 1986 Univ. of Wisconsin National Champion Varsity Eight, two USA World Championship Teams and the 1992 USA Summer Olympic Team.
Four Seasons
Winter Season conditioning and three competitive seasons with a goal of qualifying for Youth Nationals. Spring Season (Sprints), Summer Season (Sprints) and Fall Season (Head Racing).
NoCo races in Colorado local, regional and national regattas. Registration and participation is for each distinct Spring, Summer or Fall season program. NoCo Rowers may participate in all or any one specific season.
Sign up for NoCo Juniors Learn to Row and Summer Season: June 2, 2025
The season starts June 2 with a learn to row for new rowers. Existing rowers also start June 2 and will need to sign up for summer season below but do not qualify for the new rower learn to row discount.
NOTE: Alterations to the weekly schedule and potential race and travel dates will be posted on a NoCo Juniors TeamSnap calendar.
Learn to Row is $150
Summer Session is $500
Learn to row is required for new rowers. If you decide to stay for summer season, you'll head back here and register for the season. Select the "LTR discount" price on the summer season form to make sure your learn to row fee is applied to the season fee.

Location
All sessions will be held at our private dock located at Inlet Bay Marina at Horsetooth Reservoir.
A Larimer County Parks pass is required for parking.
Safety - all rowers must follow these rules and sign waivers

Read the FCRA code of conduct prior to arriving at the dock.

Rowers must be able to swim or tread water for 10 minutes, lift 25 lbs. overhead, and be a considerate team player.

FCRA follows SafeSport - bullying and antisocial behavior is not tolerated.
